City of Rochester - Fire Station #2
CPMI was the Owner’s Representative for Rochester Fire Station #2. CPMI was involved from predesign through occupancy including: facilitation of designer selection, scope/budget development, quality control, cost/change management, contract negotiations, master scheduling, project closeout and Owner training.
This project provides a new 31,000 GSF Fire Station for the City of Rochester. The lower level includes a dispatch center, EOC, office space and a communications room. The upper level includes four apparatus bays, dormitories, kitchen and dining space, a fitness room, and offi ces. A small mezzanine and four-story training tower are found on the northeastern corner of the building. The southeast corner features an outdoor terrace patio.
