The IRS Campus is 1,429,496 GSF and includes new construction of 504,440 GSF 2-level Processing Center constructed over a story 3,800 car parking garage. It also includes Main Street/Cafe/Link connecting the Processing Center to a new, 68,000 GSF Warehouse and the existing
CPMI assisted the GSA in ensuring all requirements of the Lease were met and the Owner’s obligations were completed in accordance with the schedule. CPMI also performed services in coordination with the design team to provide the Building Owner with the Tenant’s (IRS) architectural needs as well as making sure all work was performed to meet all codes and standards. CPMI also provided design review, value engineering,
monitoring of commissioning process and the reconciling estimates throughout the project for the GSA.
CPMI assisted the GSA and IRS in meeting team commitments for tenant provided work such as fixtures, furniture and equipment, IT and
security installation and warehouse design, procurement and installation to allow early occupancy. CPMI defined and coordinated responsibilities of each project team member regarding authorization for changes, expenditures and the official documents to be used.
