CPMI provided Owner’s Representative Services including reviewing bid documents for constructability, assisting in the coordination of construction bidding, and overseeing the construction of Fire Station #2. The new station consists of 35,000 sf with dormitory-style housing, administrative offices, and four double parking bays.
