General Service Administration - FBI Minneapolis Field Office
CPMI was the Owner’s Project Representative on this highly sensitive public project. The project is a five-story office building with an enclosed garage and a one-story annex for automotive repairs and other maintenance. The complex is approximately 140,000 GSF. The site is 8.26-acres in an urban area. The project was LEED certified.
CPMI provided design and document review reconciliation with the government program of requirements, full-time on-site inspection and documentation services, change review and negotiation and coordination of tenant fitout.
This was a design/build lease back project for the GSA. IT was impacted by the 2008 financial crisis and CPMI work closely with the GSA as multiple DB teams tried to secure financing. Three years after we started work on the project, construction commenced in full force.
