South Central College - Classroom Addition/Renovation

This project consists of a two story, plus basement addition to an existing college building. The remainder of the project consists of two
various levels or renovation/remodeling of the existing building. There is approximately 17,000 SF of new construction , and 63,000 SF of
renovation constitution. The program consists of general classrooms of various sizes, a large meeting center, science and welding lab spaces,
bookstore, library, administrative office, toilet rooms, and a student commons.

The construction consisted of concrete precast plant floors, steel joist/deck roof structure, masonry exterior bearing walls, metal framing,
gypsum board interior partitions, acoustic ceilings, terrazzo and carpeting floor coverings.
