Minnesota Historical Society - Oliver Kelley Farm
The Oliver Kelley Farm includes a 15,000 SF visitor center, multi-purpose building, guest animal building, animal husbandry, maintenance building, picnic shelter, and associated site work. The multipurpose building includes a four-season classroom to provide a lunch area for 100 students and a launching point for education programs. The visitor center also includes a community room and two classrooms separated by walls that can be moved to create one larger space, as well as exhibit space, a museum store, office area, a small conference room, staff locker rooms, restrooms for visitors, and a large porch overlooking the farmstead.
CPMI was the Owner’s Representative and has been involved in preconstruction including initial cost estimating for funding, architect selection, and design phase, and cost estimating services.
