General Service Administration - US Federal Courthouse
CPMI was the Construction Manager for the GSA after the General Contractor was terminated for nonperformance. CPMI assisted the GSA in developing a recovery process which would complete the project in a reasonable time and restore the confidence of the US Courts. CPMI assured coordination with the operations of the Courts would be thorough and timely. Richard was the Contract Executive and Senior Project manager for the project. Besides his CEx responsibilities he directly supervised the on-site project manager and assisted in coordination with the Judges and Clerk of Courts.
