City of Superior - Fire Station
CPMI is the construction Manager working with LHB/Five Bugles to design a new station to replace their existing facility. The new station will be constructed adjacent to the existing which has to stay operational. The station will have 5 apparatus bays and administration area for a total of 20,370 sf. Construction budget is $4.8M.
