City of St. Paul - Fire Station 1 ( and 10)
CPMI provided pre-construction services including budget development and cost estimating. During the construction phase we were on-site full time managing the work, providing financial reports, documenting progress, problem solving, confirming the work conformed with the construction documents. We also were responsible for LEED documentation.
The project has achieved LEED Silver certification. The project includes a 2-level parking ramp and the roof of the ramp is a mixed intensive/ extensive vegetated roof. The exterior walls are metal stud backup and masonry veneers. Fenestration includes punched windows and curved
curtainwall.
