City of Ham Lake - City Hall Renovation and Expansion
CPMI was the Construction Manager as the Owner’s Agent to coordinate the work of the Contractors, Architects, and several
other Owner Consultants. CPMI provided preconstruction services including scheduling, constructability reviews, bid strategy. There were
19 bid packages which were wrapped into 14 contracts. During the construction phase we were on-site full time managing the work, providing
financial reports, documenting progress, problem solving, confirming the work conformed with the construction documents. CPMI also coordinated work of the Owner’s furniture vendors, low voltage cabling and communications vendors and audio-visual work.
