State of Minnesota - MN State Capitol Restoration
CPMI was the Owner’s Representative on this monumental renovation and repair initiative. The multi-year project includes:

Repairing the deteriorating exterior stone.

Addressing life-safety concerns.

Replacing outdated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Making more space open to the public.
The construction phase of the restoration project began in fall 2013 and was completed in 2016.
CPMI was the leader of team members, including the designer, CM, program manager, commissioning agent, surveyors, geotech, waterproofing consultant, AV consultant, furniture consultant, independent testing agent, and others. CPMI’s services include solicitation for consultants, contract negotiations, financial reporting, full-time on-site inspection and documentation, change review, tenant coordination, and FF&E Coordination.
