Minnesota Historical Society - Minnesota History Center

One of the few, truly monumental, buildings constructed in recent decades, the facility set new standards for historical preservation and the art of making history feel alive for all to enjoy.

The facility features a Great Hall with grand stairs and artist’s work incorporated into the fine finishes of the building.  The building is equipped with state-of-the-art controls for temperature, humidity, and air quality.  The lower level contains fully equipped labs for restoration and preservation of artifacts. 

CPMI was the Owner’s Representative for preconstruction and construction.  We were initially brought in to verify program accommodation and cost of the schematic design.  We provided a full-time management team on site during construction.
