Des Moines Art Center - Art Center Addition and Remodel

The project included a major addition to the existing Eliel Saarinen and I.M. Pei structures. Keeping the existing museum open to the public during the construction phase was critical.

CPMI was the Agency Construction Manager for preconstruction and construction. We provided detailed cost estimating and a full-time management team on site during construction. All other museum exhibits and operations continued throughout construction
