CPMI Affiliate Is Successful on Five Recent Bids

CPMI Construction LC has recently been awarded the general construction contracts on the following projects:

• Curtiss Hall, Iowa State University in Ames, IA: CPMI was awarded three contracts for Phase 1 in the historic Curtiss Hall Building. The first is the Student Service Mall, a 20,000 square foot renovation, the second is to install a new sprinkler system and the third is a renovation to Rooms 008 & 009.
• Indian Hills Community College (IHCC) Science Classroom Remodel, Ottumwa, IA: CPMI was awarded this four-phase project and will renovate the campus’ main science building over the course of the next year. Work will include a 90,000 square foot remodel and upgrades to electrical, HVAC systems, new ceiling and carpeting and new laboratory casework and equipment.
• Grandview Clubhouse, City of Des Moines, IA: CPMI will start work on the 12,000 square foot new Clubhouse project in May 2011. The new space will include cart storage, restrooms, pro shop and eating area.
