Chippewa Falls Fire Station
The new 20,000 square foot Chippewa Falls Fire Station has been completed. CPMI provided CM Services for this project. The project started in May 2016 and was turned over on March 30, 2017. The station features an Apparatus bay area consisting of 6 bays, with 22-foot ceilings and 14-foot doors. The Administrative side of the building includes: offices, sleeping quarters, personal lockers, exercise room, kitchen, and training room. The building has also been equipped with a training tower where the department can practice repelling, ladder rescue, and simulated smoke exercises. The $5 million project has come in under budget.
