We are pleased to announce the addition of four new employees to our team: Jill Lansing, Chad Drury, Angie Guggisberg and Zachary Finch (not pictured). Chad is an Assistant Project Manager from Preston, MN and is working on college and university projects in Inver Hills, Saint Cloud and Winona, MN. Zachary is a Project Manager from Centerville, IA working on several projects managed from our Des Moines office. Terwilliger Plaza

Scheduled for completion in summer 2008, CPMI is providing Project Management services for The Heights at Terwilliger Plaza in Portland, OR. The Heights at Terwilliger Plaza is a 10 story, 140,000 square foot, 48-unit independent living addition to an existing continuing care retirement community in downtown Portland. Federal Courthouse Improvements

CPMI has been selected as CM Constructor for the Davenport Federal Courthouse. The project includes mechanical upgrades and acoustical enhancements. This project is one of the GSA’s Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) projects. The GSA selected a limited number of contractors for the multiple award task order program for projects in the four states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska .

IRS Campus Consolidation

This year, CPMI is completing CM services for the General Services Administration (GSA) IRS Campus Consolidation Project in Kansas City, Missouri. The $370 million project is considered the largest economic development project in the City’s history.

At CPMI's semi-annual meeting this past Summer, Richard Janssen announced the promotion of Susan Campbell Jones to be CPMI's President. Richard's title will change from President to CEO. After 35 years with CPMI, Pat Amadeo has retired. Pat held a number of positions over the years, most recently Director of Business Development. With Pat's retirement, Peter Goodwin now has bragging rights for the longest tenure at CPMI. Peter celebrated his 30th anniversary in November, 2007. He has been at CPMI three months longer than Larry Gleason, who will have his 30th anniversary in January 2008....

Banner Year

To begin the 2008 celebration of 150 years of Minnesota Statehood, the Minnesota Historical Society has opened an exhibit called "MN150". CPMI is helping manage the procurement of a new exterior banner system to advertise this event as well as future exhibits. CPMI has a long-term relationship with the Society starting with the management of the History Center construction in St. Paul and including the Mille Lacs Indian Museum / Trading Post, the Mill City Museum and Historic Fort Snelling.
